Customize Issue Display Columns for all users

At the bottom of the issues list are options to reset and customise which columns are displayed on the issues list. Is there a way to do this for all users and/or all projects? I don't want to have to login as each user and then select each project and customize it.

ANSWER

Yes, this can be done for all user but per project. Customize the grid for each project and before you click save on the customize screen make sure you tick the "Default Project View" box to make it the default view for all users including new ones.
