Document Handling Issues

I'm having the following issues with the document handling system:

  1. I can't create top-level directories. It seems like however I try to, the system doesn't let me create or delete top level directories.

I get the following error message:

as soon as I enter the Document section.

Deleting top levle folder is not possible at the moment.

However, you should be able to create ones. Can you try another browser?

Is this an upgrade from a previous version? If so did you use the new web.config file?
