Hello!

When trying to close a particular issue we see an error message in the system log and the issue is not updated. I tried to batch update and resetting most fields and there was no error. The History, Attachments and other tabs are not accessible for this ticket. Other tickets work fine at the moment.

Can you assist?

Which version of Gemini are you running and what page exactly gives you the error?

Thank you for your response.

Version is 3.5.4 build 2435

The page when looking at the ticket details is affected.

the error can be reproduced if the status is changed to closed with the "quick method" on the left side. If I go via Edit -> close I can change the status. Also changing the status via the batch update works.

clicking on "Attachments", "Issue Watchers", "Sub Issues", "Issue Links", "Time", "Source Control", " Files" or "History" triggers the error as well.

ANSWER

This was a bug with the Telerik control that was fixed in later releases of Gemini (3.6+).
You will need to upgrade.

Great! Thank you for your kind help.

One final question - How frequent / critical is this problem? We will upgrade to the latest version with certainty but not exactly sure when we will do it.

Not critical at all and not frequent. We have seen it only 3 times now.
