When I create a ticket, I'm not added as a watcher for some reason. However, it works fine for another users. Is there any ability to change this on the Profile & Preferences page? If it's not, what do you think could cause this issue? Thanks.

This is controlled by a global setting in the Administration -> Notifications page (email issue creator).
Please make sure that it is set to Yes.
