Response from GetFilteredIssues / GetIssue does not include IssueLinks.

Hi,

When calling GetFilteredIssues or GetIssue the API does not by default include IssuesLinks for each issue. IssueLinks have to be fetched individually for each issue.

Do the API provide a way to avoid this "chatty" behaviour by instead retrieving Issues including IssueLinks in one go?.
