Did you get an http timeout or SQL timeout?
Are there any errors in the log?

Which version of Gemini are you running?
Also, have you got another web.config above the Gemini site?
Can you try and create a comment on our site: http://gemini.countersoft.com

Hi,

We are running Gemini 2.0.3.

I tried adding a comment in your gemini site and it successfully got added.

we dont have any other web.config file above the gemini but we do have test virtual directory that has one web.config file.

Gemini was configured as a website not a virtual directory.

Thanks,

Senthil

Hi

I am taking from issuelog table in database. The message is

Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

The prior two descriptions are stack traces.

Thanks,

Senthil
