Gemini crashes every time now

Just upgraded our installation to the latest version - v3.6.5 Build 2638.

Now it loads up fine but if i try and click on issues for any project it fails , so does road map and any others. The page starts to load and then i get a Visual Studio J-I-T Debugger window appear.

 

We are using IE6 - this problem doesnt happen in Firefox but as we are part of the NHS we have to use IE6 until any other browser has been approved for use.

I have searched the forum and found something about IE6 and making some code change to projectheader.ascx - doen that nad its not made any difference
