Hi,

The following infomation seems to contradict itself?

open an issue - click Assign To Me - it says it is assigned to me - but the status is unassigned?

Priority: High
Severity: Trivial
Status: Unassigned
Resolution: Unresolved
Assigned To: Phil Yardley

How do I change the Resolution & Status? (i'm logged in as manager)

Please make sure that the status and resolution fields are mark as visible in the field visibility scheme for edit.
