Cannot open zip file with the source

Hi,

My boss bought Source Code License of your product.
Now I need to make some modifications. I downloaded source.
I assumed that this zip protected same password as password to client account.
I downloaded this zip, opened it by Windows Compressed (zipped) Folder, pressed "File->Remove password..." and entered password. As result emerged Compressed (zipped) Folder Error "File skipped unknown compression method".

Please tell me how I can unzip these files? Which program I should use?

You need to use WinZip 12.
