API Assemblies

Looking at the API (Web Services) kit I just downloaded, CounterSoftGeminiAPIv37_2.zip, I see the following assemblies and versions

CounterSoft.Gemini.Commons.dll - 3.7.2.2784 CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.dll - 3.7.2.2784 Newtonsoft.Json.dll - 3.5.0.0

Yes in the TSVN Connector kit, bin folder I see

CounterSoft.Gemini.Commons.dll - 3.7.3.2826 CounterSoft.Gemini.WebServices.dll - 3.7.3.2826 Newtonsoft.Json.dll - 3.5.0.0

Am I to assume that the 3.7.3.2826 versions are the ones that I should be using, and that the API (Web Services) kit has not yet been updated?

There is no difference in the api between the 2 versions. You may use either.

I understand that the API is the same, what is different? Should the API kit be updated?
