Voting - What is it, and how can it be set up?

I searched the Gemini User and Management guides, as well as this forum for the word "vote". Nothing. I can't figure out how to set up voting. Maybe I don't even understand what it is!

Voting is Gemini is a simple concept.
Each user can vote once per issue. It is really to give you indication which issues are important for your customer base.

Ah, I think I get it. Voters must be authenticated users? I don't have any, so I'll create one for testing and see if the voting UI appears.

But I can't create Gemini user accounts for all of my 1000+ customers...

You should allow your customers to log in / register to Gemini.
That way you can keep them informed of the progress of their issues.
