Clicking on the "components" tab on a proejct homepage displays:

        <p>Create, edit and delete components for this project.</p><p>Locked components cannot have any more issues assigned against them.</p><p><br></p><p>I can't, however, see any way to do any of the above operations on a component. I can click on each and they highlight nicely, or I can click on the name and be presented with the list of issues for that component, but nothing else.</p><p>I have global admin privileges.<br></p>
