Status "closed" on issue creation
Hi,
how can I set whether an issue can be set to status "closed" on issue creation? This would be handy for adding quick-fix issues that have already been resolved but should be in Gemini for documentation purposes. I've checked all possible setting but I can't seem to find it.

There is no workflow for issue creation so you can set it to any status. |

Hmm... that's interesting, because the "closed" status is coming and going on the issue creation page... meaning one time it is selectable as a status, the other time it is not there... I haven't been able to figure out why this happens... thought maybe there's some setting I'm changing without knowing it has this effect. |

That is becuase the user doesn't have the "Close Issues" permission. |

The user does have the permission, I checked again. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't with the same user. |
