Deleting/Modifying Saved Filters?

How can I (a) delete and (b) modify saved filters? I can't seem to find that information in the Users Guide.

Run the filter (Issues -> Your filter name) and you will see your filter (name) at the bottom of the filter pane. Next to it there are update and delete buttons to modify and delete it.
