Does there exist reference documentation for the Security Scheme Roles/Permissions that are granted to users/global groups/project groups?

I'd love to see more detailed documentation about the permissions, addressing each specifically.

That's excellent Saar.

If possible, I recommend a similar guide to email alert options.

That would help explain the difference between an email alert when the RESOLUTION CHANGES to an email alert when RESOLVED. (Which I have no clue about myself.)

Issue resolved will be sent when an issue's resolution is changed to a "final" resolution.
At the moment the "final" attribute is not visibile in the admin UI at all, but will be for 3.6.
