issue filter for startdate doesn't work

I would like to be able to look back at closed issues across all projects for a specific time period.  However, the startDate filter doesn't work on the resultset for "all project issue reporting".  Instead, it reports inception to date info.  Version is Gemini 3.5.0 (build 2348)

Are you using US date format? If so please upgrade to 3.5.1
