Project Admin cannot add users to his project


Dear all,

I am having problems in gemini 3.5.3 with Project leads not able to add users in their own project.

The error message we are getting says " UserX does not have permission for: add project group member"

Here are my settings:

The Project Lead "UserX" is the owner of the project

UserX is in two Gemini Groups:

1) A global group "Systems" which has Project Administration privileges for the project of interest

2) A project group "projectLEads" which also has Project Admin privileges.

The user is able to:

1) See the Project Admin tab, go in and modify most settings.

2) except when it comes to adding or removing users from project groups.

Any ideas as to how to fix this problem?
