Logged in but not logged in

Hi,

We have an interesting issue for one of our users. We have been using v3.6.1 for a while now with no problems and the user in question has been able to use the system without any problems. However, this particular user doesn't seem to be logged in correctly. Although then can create/edit issues and comment on issues as normal the Dashboard and Profile links in the top right are not visible for this user. The Logout link displays as a Login link and actually asks this user to login. We have tried different browsers and clearing cookies but this account still has this weird logged in problem.

I was going to simply create a new account for this user and transfer any assigned issued to the new account however the "broken" account account does not actually appear in the Resources filter, so I can't actually view issues assigned to this user account.

So basically I have 2 questions, what is going on?

Is there a way to move issues from one user to another if I can't filter issues for a particular user?

It seems like you have used the anonymous user account for this user (userid = -1), is that correct?
If so, then yes you will have to create a new account (user) for this user and assign all the issues to this new user. If you can't filter by it then update it in SQL (gemini_issueresources table).

Yep that's the reason, the user has an ID = -1
