"Fixed In Version" editable with in-line edit even when user doesn't have "Assign Ver

We just migrated to 3.6.5 and it seems the "Fixed In Version" field is editable with in-line edit even when user/group doesn't have "Assign Version" permissions in the security scheme. The permission is being respected when creating or editing an issue using the other pages. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas if we're doing something wrong or if this is a bug?

This is a bug: http://gemini.countersoft.com/Default.aspx?p=2&i=3910 which will be fixed in 3.7 final release (due out very soon).
