Error installing 3.6.5

I get the following error when I try to install 3.6.5 version.

SELECT permission denied on object 'geminiapplicationsettings', database 'CounterSoftGemini', schema 'dbo'.

Please make sure the SQL user that Gemini uses has db_owner permissions on the Gemini database.
