Show issue-description while entering comments

Hi,

Is there any posibility to show the issue description while adding a comment? In comments, you often like to refer to any remarks in the original issue description. Now only the issue title is shown when you add a comment.

Not at the moment, however, you could use quick comment (the + symbol) for a popup comment.
