Document Manager Disabled - Gemini v3.6.3 Build 2590
web-app
The images uploader is enabled, but the documents manager to attach documents to issues is not. Any insight?

Please make sure that you have a folder called UserDocuments under the Controls/RAD folder. You might need to give permission to the application pool's identity on that folder. |

I don't have one. Can I just create a folder called 'UserDocuments' ? Does this require it's addition in the RichText.ascx file? |

Simply create it, the rich text controls already points to it. |

It worked! I just created the folder in Controls/RAD, then in the IIS tree, I right clicked on the new 'UserDocuments' folder-->Permissions-->and provided appropriate permissions to read/write to the folder. Thank you so soo much! |
