Defining where this task/issue has been committed
Hi all,
Is there a way to add a customer attribute to projects?
As I would like to add an attr which I used to identy where the issue has been committed, as currently is hard to track if a task is on its own branch, (god for bid) on trunk or on a tag?
Thanks for any help with this,

I think what you are looking for is a custom field for issues, correct? If so, then yes this is possible via the Administration -> Custom Fields page. |

No worries, please remember to set the custom field visibility in the field visibility scheme(s). |

I presume you are referring to the view issue page, you'd like it to be below the type, status, due date etc... correct? If so, unfortunately this is not possible. Ugly, would you care to explain why? |

The box that it has shown is just floating in the main section of the window. |

Appreciate the info, feel free to add it to our list: http://gemini.countersoft.com The problem starts when you have a text custom field with a large length... |

Yeah I see what you mean about that, maybe an option to display it in the left would be the answer to it? |
