"Insufficient user rights" when trying to create a new issue

web-app

I just opened a new project called webtest.
I've copied the security scheme from another project that does not have that problem.
I can't create issues, I'm being thrown out with Insufficient user rights written on top.
I'm using Gemini 3.0.4

Do you see any errors in the Gemini System Log?

3.0.4 is a fairly old Gemini version. Can you give us access to your Gemini install to recreate the issue?

These errors are not related to the issue on hand.

Can you give us access to your Gemini? If feasible, please email login details to support at countersoft dot com. Please mention this forum thread in your email.

I can't, we use it internally only.
tell me what to do, I'll do it.
if you want direct contact to me, I'm almost always available at google talk: lutraman@gmail.com and on msn messenger with the same account.
If you want, It might be possible to give you remote desktop access.

Please email support at countersoft dot com to set up a goto (www.gotomeeting.com) meeting. This will enable us to see your Gemini in action and possibly identify what the issue is.
