Attempted to read or write protected memory.

web-app

Hi,

I get this exception when a user clicks on "Email Alerts":

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

This appears to be a Telerik issue. Please refer to the following Telerik resource for trouble shooting.

Thanks for your reply.

The solution was:

IIS -> Gemini AppPool -> Advanced Settings -> Enable 32 bit applications

Hi, madtiger!

I tried your solution, but as soon as I enable 32-bit, Gemini stops working completely.

Any other workarounds?

Hello!

Can you confirm- 1)What error are you receiving, 2) What Gemini version are your using, 3) OS and IIS details.
