Issue Grid Default Format/Order

Hello.

Would like to understand if there is a way to setup default issue grid views per project similar to how the Customize option works per user. I have several custom fields I would like to place in the grid and be able to adjust the order of them.

This is possible per project per user only.

So you can customize the view of each project for yourself only.
