Private Issue

When I create an issue on behalf of someone else they are being created as a private issue with a padlock shown on the screen. The reported by user cannot then see the issue. How do I change this so that they can see the issue?

Visibility of an issue is set at the project default values screen. Gemini does not do that automaticly.
Please check your default values.

You will need to amend your field visibility scheme (at the type level) to allow you to view the visibility scheme in edit mode.
