Bulk Maintenance of Users
Is there a way to set a block or group of users to "Inactive"? Right now if I want to make some users "Inactive" it's a very repetitive task.

Unfortunately no. How are you going to filter the users? By group? |

Hi Saar, Currently I go through the following process: 1) Hit the "Search" button to get a list of all users 2) Scroll through the list to the first one that I need to set inactive (maternity leave) 3) Click the "Edit" icon 4) Set the Inactive flag 5) Click "Save" This moves me back to main user page, where I can repeat 1 - 5 all over again. It would be nice to have a simple in-place edit for the Fullname, User Name, Email and Active cells in the result grid. It would be a bonus if I could sort on those 4 columns. Maybe that means that I really need a separate page for this sort of global operation. :) I've currently got over 150 user names in the system, and if I open this up to our end-user community that is bound to grow by a significant amount, and we'll definitely NEED a way to set those accounts to inactive if the clients drop their license. |
