Screen Order of Fields when Creating Issue

Hi,

We are currently in the process of migrating from 2.2.7 to 3.1.2.  I am very pleased with the new look and functionality this brings [H]

 I do however have 1 or 2 questions......

Is there any way to sort/order the fields on the create issue page? There is the option to do this for the custom fields (Screen Order) but I cannot seem to figure out how to do this for the standard fields???

If not available currently, is it likely to be in a future release (3.5???)?

Also is it possible to link a Custom field to another (i.e Menu, Sub Menu) to avoid long dropdowns?

Great questions. The quick answer to both your questions is 'No'.

We are in the process of releasing version 3.5. The following release, 3.6 will be primarily dedicated to UI. We will take under consideration your questions as suggestions for the 3.6 release.
