Hi,

Im trying to add a second plain text custom field to a project & I'm getting SQL errors any suggestions?

I've created the field & can enter data into the field when I create or edit an issue, but once updated any subsequent updates of that issue (updating any field) results in an application error and an entry in the system log as follows. Any suggestions of what could be going wrong?

We can not seem to replicate this. Can you send the full error message?

Or if you can send us the database to support at countersoft dot com

Hi Saar,

Thanks for getting back so quickly. The only error message we see is as below along with the error log as in the previous post. If I zip up our database we have a 23meg file, would you be able to recieve this via email or is there some FTP site  I need to send it to?

Thanks, 23mb is too big. We can not provide FTP site but if you can put it on one or HTTP (Gemini?) and send the link including instruction on how to create the problem to support.
