Adding trailing message to the reply of an issue
Hi,
Just imagine that when a customer/client sends an email to the support email-id of a comany, the Scheduler Service will fecth the email & creates an issue in the Gemini.
Now,
If I'm replying to that issue (via 'Email this' option), then the client wont be getting a trailing message of what he'd send previously. Instead he'll be getting a mail having contents
"You have been sent this email by [responsible-admin-name].
http://localhost/Gemini/Default.aspx?p=3&i=36", along with newly added contents (added by [responsible-admin-name]).
a) Instead of this, is there any way to include the message that had been send by the customer/client, as a trailing message to his reply.
Hoping, I didnt confused much.
Is such a feature available? If so from where can I activate such a feature? Or else, do I've to add manually via codes?
