Popups and Menu Drop downs not working

I just upgraded from 3.6.1 to 3.7.3 and all of the popups and menu drop downs are not working. I have tried the website in IE8, Firefox and Chrome. It is the same for all browsers.

ANSWER

Did you use the 3.7 web.config file? Can you please check that the js folder contains js files?
