Can't see issues in a certain project

I'm working with two other developers in a project and they can see the issues in the project, but I cannot.  I am in the same exact roles as they are. 

If I run any built in reports, it only shows the one issue I created and completed.  If I create an issue the other developers can't see it.

Has anyone heard of this issue occurring before?

Ensure the permission "Only View Own Issues" is not assigned.

Administration > Schemes > (Select the applicable security scheme)
