Time Tracking - Period of time

I'm wondering if it is possible to track which hours I used in the time tracking since it's important for us to know if the developer solved the problem during normal work hours or he did it in the deep night hours.

So far it seems like when I track hours on a day before current day it starts of at 00.01, but if i track hours today it does it at DateTime.Now.

This is not possible at the moment as we do not allow you to pick a time to log just a date.
