How to set security for external users

Our external users only see their own issues when the issues are assigned to themselves.

I would like to configure Gemini in a way an external user only sees his own issues independent of to whom the issue is assigned at a certain moment.

for example:

Ext User 1 "Reports" an issue. The new issue is automatically assigned to a Support member. from that moment on the external user cannot follow the lifecycle of the issue anymore.

Not sure I follow.

The way "only view own issues" works is that the user will only able to view issues that he has created or assigned to. Is that not the case for you?

Yes that's the case.

But... I want the external user to have view access to issues reported by himself independent of the "Assigned to" value.

Yes, that what the "onlw view own issues" does. The reporter (issue creator) should still be able to view issues he has created. Is that not the case for you?

I have an issue that although only view own issues is ticked - as a client I can not see either my own issues created or ones assigned to me. It seems that the issues list is sijmply not returning any issues. As a manager or Gemini Administrator I can see the issues in the system. The version of Gemini is 3.12
