"Exlcude closed issues" on Issue Filter in Desktop Client is greyed out

When I log into the desktop client, I cannot change the issue filter to include closed issues.  The check box to exclude the closed issues is checked but inactive/greyed out.  Is this intentional?

FYI - I am logged in as an Admin user wuth full rights to every project.

Thanks for pointing this out. In version 3.1.2, expected to be released on Feb 6, you'll be able to view closed issues by selecting 'Closed' Status in the Issue Filter pane.
