v3.1.0 - Intermittent email alert issues?

To whom it may concern,

I have been experiencing some intermittent email issues with Gemini in the past couple of days.  Emails have been flowing for some time now, but now I notice that I'm getting emails for some projects but not others.

For example, a user adds an issue to Project A and I get the notifcation emails.  Another user adds several issues to Project B and assigns to me and I get nothing.  However, when I went and modified the recently added issues to Project B, I was emailed my changes (since I am the assigned resource I assume b/c I have the My Profile setting of "Email me my changes" set to No).

Also, another user of Project B who has all project level email alerts selected, did not get notified of the new issues.

There are other scenarios, these are just a couple.

The following Gemini settings are involved with this issue:

Admin:

Email Issue Creator = No

Email Issue Resource = Yes

Email Alerts Enabled = Yes

Email Alert Engine = MailPlugin

My Profile:

Receive Email Alerts = Yes

Email me my changes = No

Project Level:

Every email alert option is checked

Please let me know of what I need to be looking at or trying in order to troubleshoot this issue.  Should I restart something?  I looked at the error log and nothing jumped out at me..

Any help is appreciated.

Can you please check the Gemini error log for erros?

Also, check your spam filter. Sometimes it catches those emails.
