I have 3.10 installed on Win XP.
I am having a problem with attachments.  When I add an attachment, it appears to succeed.  If I try to open/download the attachment that was just uploaded the file is "blank".(I added a .txt file, after downloading I have a blank .txt file.)

However,  if I download the attachment using a browser on the Gemini server PC, the attachment is 100% correct and present.

What configuration/ security setting have I messed up?

Seems like a firewall / anti virus issue, can you please check?
