i'm trying the new version 3.0.4 (In production we have 2.0.3 and we want to update to 3.x.)
When i create a new issue and there is no ressource assigned to i'm not able to see these issues as an new created user. The built-in "Manager" can see these issues. I have the same problem with unscheduled (no version) issues.
In the overview tab i only see real ressources and real versions.
As the built-in manager i can see these points on top of each category (ressources or versions).

As a manager i create a new user and gave him all groups so when i compare the roles of "manager" and this user i can't see any difference. But probably there are so many new functions that i haven't seen the configuration i have to do.

in real life i'm responsable for the complete software developmant and i have to see all issues from all projects and all users. And i have to log in as a named person so everyone can see when new issues or comments have been added from whom this was done.
