2.02 - Can not make new status visible

I have created a new status in my Gemini 2.02 instance, but I can not seem to use it from my issues.  See status lits below - #15 is the newly added one.  I do not see resolved in my list inspite of it be available from any state.  Please help me understand how I can add additional statuses and utilize them.

You need to set the PRE and POST states of the other statuses to point to your new status.
