Issues Always Marked Private


We have just upgraded our system from 2.2.6 to 3.1.1 and all of the issues I enter are marked private and no one can see them. Amy I missing something? Help!!!

Please check the visibility scheme of the issue(s) and make sure users do not have the "view own issues" permission selected in the scheme.
