Telerik.Web.UI Error

Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI' or one of its dependencies. There is not enough space on the disk. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070070)

This is the error we receive when trying to open Gemini.  There's over 2GB free on the only drive on the server.

I'm open to suggestions.

Which version of Gemini? Do you always get this message?

3.1.0.  Everytime since our server dropped to less than 10mb free space (gotta love SQL log files).

Anyhoo, restarted IIS, it works fine.
