I presume you are referring to the client portal. If so, you'll get this when the user doesn't exist.

Please contact sales at countersoft dot com

there couldn't be a page that says:  "users doesn't exist" or something?  I'm hoping you all haven't taking this style of coding practice with the new version of Gemini.

just keeping you on your toes...still think Gem is a pretty good product.  although, I used to think it was a great product.  food for thought.

thanks!

Yes, saw that after I clicked post.... Gemini is coded to a much higher standard :)

May I ask why you have downgraded Gemini's score?

the unknown issue we're currently experience from the other post that's running...it's forcing a lower score (think of it like a credit score I guess)  :)

2.x, great, fast.  3.0, slow, muddy, better features though.  3.5, way faster, better features, but for us, has some weird issue that I still think is related to the Outlook add-on.  Integrate a Kanban system into it and you've probably got a finished product.  Too many features though can break ya.

glad to hear gemini is coded to a higher standard.  :)
