creating issues from emails

Happy new year to all,

Our requirment is working perfect with gemini issue tracker.Now we are using complimentary license version for checking the system statisfies our requirment.....We are giving more concentration about  creating issues from emails.I met two issues using gemini 3.0.4 ...It might be because of my configuration settings..Please anybody help me to solve this...

1.I can not view email address inside the gemini if i check the issue id created from the emails.We need this option.

2.If i replyed our client using the issue id using the email option included in that particular issue id.....then the reply back from the customer for the same mail should get added to the same issue id...now it's getting as seperate issue id...

We decide to buy the product but we need to clarify this both before that...

This is not possible out of the box. However, commercial license users can download the source code for the scheduler (which includes the mailbox processor) and amend it to do this quite easily.
