User not authenticated? if opens direct link to project (project dashboard window)

I send direct link to projects (ex. http://our-server/project/Project.aspx?PROJID=14).

When user opens this link, window show noone issues. Also not implemented user settings (like theme). If I press F5 key to refresh window - all works fine. Is this a bug?

Direct project link should be send in the form of:

http://our-server/default.aspx?PROJECTCODE

for example:

http://gemini.countersoft.com/default.aspx?GEM

This way is very inconveniently...

Can developers show link to projects at the right corner of the dashboard screen? So I not need to write link manually...
