Field visibility problem

Hi!

 

I have custom field: Resolution Activity

I have project, with custom issue type: Open Question. For this issue type i need to hide custom field when issue is creating, and show custom field, when issue is edited.

I create two visibility schemes: creating and editing and set this schemes for issue type. But schemes not working. Custom field are hidden.

But if I tick checkbox of visibility of custom field for creating visibility scheme, in both cases field are showed. What I'm doing wrong?

I have experienced the exact same issue.  In my case I am using the issue type: Bug

It seems that the visibiliy scheme works fine with the "normal" fields, but with custom fields it does not behave correctly.

If the custom field is set to display in the Create scheme, the field appears when creating and editing data.  If it is not set in the Create scheme, it does not appear at all.  If it is set in the Edit scheme, it does not appear at all.
