v3.1.0: Timeout expired for one particular project

I am seeing this error when going to this particular project, only for this particular project.  Please help

ANSWER

I ran the
"update statistics gemini_issues with fullscan" and it fixed the problem.

I figured I reported this error before.  Now it happens again.
