How do i change the "installed language"? Mine comes up with UK English, can i change it to US English? If so, how?

Mine is currently like this, but by default UK English comes up as default in everyone's profile:

I got it solved.  Administrator -> General -> Default Culture Name (change it to en-US, default is en-GB)
