v3.1.0: can't delete "issue type"

I am seeing a list of available issue types.  I want to delete some of the duplicate type such as "bug" and "enhancement".  The only different between the dups are using different icons.  I want to delete the "issue type" with zero issue (0 list on issue column).  I hit delete, the pop up window ask if I am sure to delete it, i click yes, it DID NOT delete the type at all. WHY?

Ah, i got it solved [:D]  Because of that type is listed in the issue type scheme, so i couldn't delete it.  I removed it from "issue type scheme" and went back to "issue type", then I could delete it.
