I get the following error inserting a new user.

 "could not insert: [CounterSoft.Gemini.Commons.Entity.GlobalGroupMembershipEn][SQL: INSERT INTO gemini_globalgroupmembership(globalgroupid,  userid) VALUES (?,?)]"

Is this a new install or an upgrade?

Can it be that the database if full?
